Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Adhance collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are
Adhance is a marketing agency based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, use the contact form on our contact page and we will reply.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), the service and sector you choose, your rough budget and your message.
- Cookies and tracking: only if you accept them. See our cookie policy.
- Basic server logs: our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, because you asked us to get in touch.
- If you become a client, to provide our services under our contract with you.
- With your consent, to measure how our own ads and website perform.
We never sell your information and never use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
- Our website host, which stores the site and enquiries.
- Email providers used to deliver your enquiry to us.
- If you accept cookies: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure our advertising.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved for UK data transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes, usually six years.
Client data
When we run campaigns for clients, any customer or donor lists they share are used only for that client’s campaigns, handled securely and never shared with other clients.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Contact us through the contact page to make a request.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
